The airplane flying with the VRIL 7 in this photo is usually identified as a Ju-52.
However, it is a single engine plane, not a tri-motor, and the shape of the wings and lack of the stationary landing gear also preclude that.
It has also been identified as a Focke Wulfe 190G, often used for escort duties; however this study clearly indicates that it is a Me 109.
